Welcome, friends — I’m Rachel, and I’m so happy you’re here.
I’ve been on a journey to discover what I truly love and how to build a career centered around it. Over the past eight years, that journey has been a whirlwind.
When I graduated from high school in 2016, I decided not to attend college right away. That choice wasn’t entirely intentional—I didn’t get into the art schools I had hoped for, and while I thought I might try again later, it didn’t feel like the right step for me at the time. What I did know was that I wanted to be in a creative field, even if I didn’t yet know what that would look like.
So I began working and interning in just about every creative role you can imagine—interior design, home organizing, photography assisting, personal chef work, and more. Somewhere along the way, I also started my own dog-walking business, which I ran for eight years. What began as a way to support myself quickly turned into a deep love for entrepreneurship. Building something of my own taught me lessons I never expected—about discipline, creativity, resilience, and trusting myself. Owning your own business teaches you more than you ever realize while you’re in it.
Around this same time, I became vegan and had to completely relearn how to cook. Vegan recipes weren’t widely available, and no one around me ate this way, so I had to adapt quickly. At first, my diet consisted mostly of veggie burgers and simple rolls, but as I grew more confident in the kitchen and learned more about nutrition, I fell in love with creating my own recipes. That’s where my passion for recipe development was born, eventually leading me to work as a meal-prep chef as well.
Now, fast forward to today—I’m finally bringing together my love for creativity, food, and entrepreneurship in one space. I’m so excited to be here and grateful to share this journey with you. I can’t wait to see where it leads.
