In collaboration with Sweet Girls Eat, I developed a California-inspired menu for her West Village community. Drawing from my love of farmers' markets, we built the menu around the season's freshest produce, creating vibrant, ingredient-driven dishes that celebrated the simplicity, color, and freshness of California cooking.
